HEALTHY WELCOME
A warm up consists of a gradual increase in intensity in physical activity (a "pulse raiser") and joint mobility exercises, followed by the activity.
In our lessons we carry out three different before the main activities:
- medium pace running
- active exercises
- joint mobility
